TAKE NOTICE THAT Hydes Brewery Ltd has applied to Knowsley Licensing Authority for a (Variation of a) Premises Licence in respect of  Old Mill, 8 Mill Street, Prescot L34 6HA
The Old Mill is looking to extend the opening hours Mon- Sun from 9am 
A record of the application can be inspected by members of the public between the hours of 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday at the office of the Licensing Authority of Knowsley MBC which is located at;

A Responsible Authority or any other person(s) wishing to make representations on this application must do so in writing to Knowsley Licensing Authority at the above mentioned address. Any written representations must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than Monday 16th September 2019 
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
