Prescot Library, Prescot Centre, Aspinal Street, Prescot L34 5GA. Join qualified FACE Tutors to learn some new enjoyable hobbies and skills all to help with overall wellbeing! Family and Community Education are one of the key partners working with Culture Development and Events Service as part of the GEM (Great Emerging Marvellous) Places.  Join the FACE tutor and learn some cake decoration skills. Hands on activity so no jewellery please! Donations of cakes for decorating are required. £2 minimum donation.  All of these sessions are aimed at adults over 18 years.
